Kapil Sharma Asks PM Modi Over Demand of Bribe By BMC Officials

India's most popular comedian Kapil Sharma is in news once again, this time not for his comic actions. He has become the latest victim of country's infamous bureaucratic system. The actor was asked to pay a bribe of rs 5 lakh by a Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) officials for clearing the file of his new office that is under construction.

And kapil sharma took this issue on twitter and tweeted that:

" I am paying 15 cr income tax from last 5 year n still i have to pay 5 lacs bribe to BMC office for making my office @narendramodi," Sharma said in a tweet."

and in his next tweet he again tagged prime minster narendra modi and asked, "Yeh hain aapke achhe din ?"

Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis also took notice of the matter, and replied to Sharma on Twitter. In his tweet he asked kapil sharma to provide all information and directed MC, BMC to strict action against BMC officer who asked for bribe and promised him to take strict action.

BMC has also requested Sharma to make a formal complaint and tell them the name of the officer who demanded bribe from him.

Rajasthan's Jats to Support Haryana's Jats, announced to march to Delhi

The fire of Haryana Jat Reservation agitation has now reached to Rajasthan. The State's Jats have announced full support to Haryana's Jat agitation. Although, there is no strategy ready for this agitation among state's Jat leaders, but they have warned that if the demands of Haryana's Jats related to reservation were not met, they will soon march to Delhi to support them.

In a recent press conference, erstwhile MP and Jat leader Dr. Hari Singh said, “demands of Haryana Jats are fully valid.” According to him, the Khattar government has deliberately ignited the peaceful agitation of Jats. He added that when their demands were not met with peaceful means, Jats were bound to adopt the path of agitation.

Being a big follower of Gandhi Ji, Dr Hari Singh is in favor of peaceful agitation. However, in the current scenario, he is in support of adopting the path of Subhash Chandra Bos for meeting the demands.

Gehlot is responsible for fight between communities

According to him, the former CM of Rajasthan, Ashok Gehlot is responsible for the fighting between communities of Rajasthan. He added that reservation related demands of Gurjars should have been met.\

Jat agitation out of control, schools and colleges to remain closed till 22nd Feb

The worries of central government have been increased following the violent and out-of-control situation of Haryana Jat agitation. As per the BJP sources, PM Narendra Modi is not happy with the Haryana CM Manohar Lal Khattar's working style. According to him, the state's government has completely failed in understanding and handling the situation.

Political Game

According to BJP, there is a possible political conspiracy behind this agitation and it has been done in a planned way to prove the Manohar lal led government failed on multiple fronts. However, considering the seriousness of the situation, the state government is currently working on the strategy of keeping quite. The party sources also said that the Rohtak, Panipat and Jhajhar, which have been influence areas of Ex CM Hooda, are currently the leading areas of this agitation.

The top brass of BJP is also scrutinizing the possibility of top Jat leaders of the party in Haryana being behind this agitation to displace CM Khattar from his position.

Due to the order of Supreme Court, the BJP government in the State has not been able to announce reservation for Jats. Jats are currently getting the benefit of reservations in the states of UP, Rajasthan and Delhi, where they fall in the backward classes.

Blockade in Gurgaon

Gurgaon has been blocked since last four days due to this agitation. The agitators can be seen everywhere on main connecting points of the City.

“Our Right” Says Jats

The National committee of Jats for this agitation has appealed the Jat community and other communities of the state to maintain peace and harmony. As per president of this committee, “The reservation is the very right of the Jat community.” Jats have been demanding reservation in the central government, asking Modi government to pass a bill in the parliament for Jat reservation under the OBC quota in central services.

Expected Agitation in UP

Last year, a petition was filed in the Allahabad High - Court against Jat reservation on the basis of the judgment of Supreme court. On the Basis of this judgment, Allahabad high-court instructed the state government to follow the Supreme court's order and rethink on Jat reservation in the state.

Demand dismissed by Backward Class Commission

The national backward class commission had dismissed the demand of Jats, not considering them socially or financially backward. However, the UPA government had announced the reservation for Jats in the Central government, not taking into consideration the recommendations of the committee.

पशु नहीं, अब मनोरंजन बना सोनपुर मेले का मुख्य आकर्षण

बिहार में सारण जिले के सोनपुर में प्रतिवर्ष लगने वाले विश्व प्रसिद्ध मेले में आने वाले पशुओं की संख्या में निरन्तर कमी होने से इसका मुख्य आकर्षण भले ही घटता जा रहा हो लेकिन खाने-पीने और मनोरंजन के आधुनिक साधनों के उपलब्ध होने के कारण अभी भी खासी तादाद में लोग यहां जुट रहे हैं।

सोनपुर मेले में पहले हजारों की तादाद में देश के कोने-कोने से पशु खरीद-बिक्री के लिए आते थे लेकिन पिछले कुछ सालों से मेले में आने वाले पशुओं की संख्या लगातार घटती जा रही है। ऐसा दूसरे राज्यों से पशुओं के लाने पर रोक, वन्य प्राणी संरक्षण अधिनियम और पशु क्रूरता अधिनियम के प्रभावी तरीके से अमल की वजह से हो रहा है।

अब पशुओं को बिक्री के लिए लाने में तरह-तरह की दुश्वारियां पेश आती हैं। हाथी और राष्ट्रीय पक्षी मोर के साथ ही कई पक्षियों की खरीद-बिक्री पर रोक भी सोनपुर के पशु मेले का स्वरुप बदलने की वजह मानी जा रही है। जो पशु यहां लाए भी जाते हैं वे दो ही चार दिनों में बिक जाते हैं या उनके मालिक उन्हें लौटा ले जाते हैं।

सोनपुर के हरिहर क्षेत्र में 23 नवम्बर को शुरु हुए इस मेले में लाए गए कुछ हाथी बिके और बाकी तीन दिनों में ही वापस ले जाए गए। हाथियों की बिक्री के लिए व्यापारियों ने एक तरीका निकाल लिया है, वे हाथी को दान में देने का एक प्रपत्र तैयार करवाकर उसकी खरीदार और विक्रेता के बीच अदला-बदली कर लेते हैं। इससे वे कानूनी पचड़े में फंसने से बच जाते हैं।

मेले में लाए गए घोड़े भी या तो बिक गए या वापस चले गए। एक महीने तक चलने वाले मेले के पन्द्रहवें-सोलहवें दिन यहां 15-20 घोड़े ही बचे हैं। वहीं मेले में लगभग 20 गायें ही अब बची हैं जो खरीदार की बाट जोह रही हैं। बकरियां भी 40-45 ही रह गई हैं। बैल बाजार भी उजड़ा नजर आता है। 

ट्रैक्टर के दौर में अब बैलों की वैसे भी मांग नहीं रही है। गधे, खच्चर, ऊंट और अन्य पशु तो यहां अब नजर ही नहीं आते। चिड़यिा बाजार हालांकि कुछ गुलजार नजर आता है क्योंकि उसी से जुड़ा कुत्ता बाजार है जहां विभिन्न नस्लों के कुछ कुत्ते बिक्री के लिए बचे हुए हैं। इस बाजार में लोगों की भीड़ रहती है।

बाबा रामदेव ने किया पतंजलि आटा नूडल्स लांच, दिसंबर में बेबी प्रोडक्ट लांच की तैयारी

योगगुरु बाबा रामदेव के पतंजलि प्रोडक्ट्स की रेंज में एक और प्रोडक्ट जुड़ गया है। आटा नूडल्स का यह नया प्रोडक्ट अब बाज़ार में उपलब्ध हो गया है। काफी समय से इंतज़ार हो रहे पतंजलि के आटा नूडल्स को सोमवार को बाबा रामदेव ने आधिकारिक लांच कर दिया। 

रामदेव ने कहा कि पतंजलि नूडलस की कीमत 15 रूपए रखी गई है। उन्होंने इस नूडल में किसी तरह की लीड होने की बात से भी इंकार किया।  पतंजलि ने अपने नूडल्स की टैग लाईन ''झट पट पकाओ, और बेफिक्र खाओ'' रखा है। बाबा रामदेव ने आटा नूडल्स के साथ हेल्थ ड्रिंक भी लॉन्च की है। 

लॉन्च के मौके पर बाबा रामदेव ने कहा कि यह स्वदेशी आंदोलन का अहम हिस्सा है। उन्होंने कहा कि पतंजलि के प्रोडक्ट आध्यात्मिकता और आधुनिकता का संगम हैं। नूडल्स और हेल्थ ड्रिंक्स लांच करने के बाद अब पतंजलि जल्द ही हेल्थ बाज़ार में बेबी केयर प्रोडक्ट्स भी दिसंबर में लांच कर सकता है। 

नूडल्स श्रेणी में लम्बे समय तक सरताज रहे मैगी की भी देश के कुछ हिस्सों से बैन हटने से वापसी हो यही है। ऐसे में इस श्रेणी में प्रतिस्पर्धा एक बार फिर चरम पर रहने की संभावना जताई जा रही है।   

गौरतलब है कि बाबा रामदेव के स्वामित्व वाली अतांजलि ग्रुप के बाज़ार में आयुर्वेदिक उत्पादों की विशाल रेंज पहले से ही उपलब्ध है।  इन सभी प्रोडक्ट्स की मांग भी अच्छी खासी है।  इस बात का अंदाज़ा इस बात से लगाया जा सकता है कि पतंजलि ग्रुप का साल 2014 में टर्नओवर 1200 करोड़ रूपए था।  साल 2015 में 2000 काोद् रूपए के टर्नओवर का संभावित लक्ष्य रखा गया है।

'मैगी से टक्कर नहीं' 

बाबा रामदेव ने पतंजलि नूडल्स के मैगी से मुकाबले की खबरों का खंडन किया।  उन्होंने कहा कि मैगी से उनका कोई लेना-देना नहीं है। उन्होंने कहा कि दिसंबर के आखिर तक करीब 10 लाख दुकानों और शोरूम में पतंजलि प्रोडक्ट पहुंचाने का लक्ष्य रखा गया है ... बाबा रामदेव ने किया पतंजलि आटा नूडल्स लांच

निर्भया कांड में न्याय मिला या नहीं कह नहीं सकते, लेकिन कानून की पालना ज़रूर हुई है: मेनका

 केंद्रीय महिला एवं बाल विकास मंत्री मेनका गांधी ने कहा है कि निर्भया गैंग रेप मामले पर पीड़ित पक्ष को न्याय मिला है या नहीं कहा नहीं जा सकता, लेकिन कानून की पालना ज़रूर हुई है। गांधी ने यह प्रतिक्रिया इस मामले में लिप्त एक बाल अपचारी के बाल सुधार गृह से रिहा होने से पहले दी है।  

मेनका गांधी ने इस बात पर भी ज़ोर दिया है कि प्रशासन को इस बाल अपचारी के  बाद भी उसकी हर गतिविधियों पर नज़र बनाये रखने की ज़रुरत है। 

उन्होंने कहा कि इस मामले में कानून की पालन तो हुई है, लेकिन वह इस बात को लेकर असमंजस में है कि जघन्यतम अपराध में आने वाला निर्भया गैंगरेप कांड में सुनाया गया फैसला क्या न्याय के हिसाब से सही था। 

उन्होंने कहा कि न्याय को कानून के साथ मिलाकर उलझना नहीं चाहिए क्यों कि कई बार दोनों में अंतर होता है। अपनी बात रखते हुए केंद्रीय मंत्री ने कहा कि बाल अपचारी दोषी है लेकिन सजा के तौर पर उसे केवल बाल सुधार गृह ही भेजा जा सकता है। मेनका ने कहा कि हम इसी विसंगति को सुधारने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं।

अब वो अपनी सजा पूरी करके बाहर आ रहा है और उसके खिलाफ तब तक कुछ नहीं किया जा सकता जब तक वो कोई दूसरा अपराध नहीं करता।

गौरतलब है कि 16 दिसंबर 2012 को एक 23 वर्षीय फिजियोथेरेपी इंटर्न छात्रा के साथ गैंग रेप की जघन्य वारदात को अंजाम दिया गया था। आरोपियों ने अपने मंसूबों को इतनी घिनौने तरीके से अंजाम दिया था कि पीड़ित छात्रा की बाद में मौत हो गई थी।  

इस दिल दहला देने वाली घटना की जांच करते हुए पुलिस ने एक किशोर को भी निरुद्ध किया था।  जिसे बाल सुधार गृह भेज दिया गया था।  अब जब इस बाल अपचारी के बाल सुधार गृह में तीन साल की अवधि की मियाद ख़त्म हो रही है उसे रिहा कर उसके परिजनों के सुपुर्द किया जाना है।

खबर ये भी है कि बाल अपचारी को रिहा करने का तय दिन 15 दिसंबर है लेकिन दिल्ली सरकार चाहती है कि उसे एक सप्ताह पहले ही रिहा कर दिया जाए।  सरकार को इस बात का अंदेशा है कि बाल अपचारी के रिहा होने पर कानून व्यवस्था बिगड़ सकती है ... निर्भया कांड में न्याय मिला या नहीं कह नहीं सकते
