Bollywood Celebrities as Candidates in General Lok Sabha Election 2014

Almost all political parties, including Congress and the Bharatiya Janata Party are taking shelter of film stars for general election like any other polls. For now Congress has fielded at least six persons and BJP has fielded more than nine artists in election fight.

Here is the list of Bollywood and TV celebrities that has declared themself as candidates in general lok sabha election 2014.

  • Actor Raj Babbar as Congress candidate from Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
  • Actress Nagma as Congress candidate from Meerut.
  • Bhojpuri actor Ravi Kishan as Congress candidate from Jaunpur district of Uttar Pradesh.
  • Oriya film actor Bijay Mohnto has fielded by the Congress in Bhubaneswar constituency.
  • TV actor Kunal Singh as Congress candidate from Patna, Bihar.

Tips to Hide Your Age and To Be Healthy

Are you going to be 40 and gradually little thick? Then it seem to be very difficult for you to control your weight and looks. When you stand in front of mirror then you wish to be just like before. With the growing age, there are lots of physical and psychological changes occurs in women. That is why there is not much effect of exercise and diet plan that you have done in age of 30s.

Here are the tips that can help you to hide your age:

1. Eat several times:
You should eat 5-6 times throughout the day but in small small amounts. If you still feel hungry you can take a healthy snack. In this age when women start approaching minopoj, rate of Metobolizm gradually decreases and calories spends gradually. So even if you eat less, obesity increases. So a deduction of only 100 calories in your daily meal can prove to be very effective.

 2. Do Regular Walk and Exercise:
Early morning walk can make you more healthy. But be sure that you are not eating chips and other junk food, if you do so then you are spoiling your walk. It is very effective to do Yoga, aerobics, playing badminton, volleyball games etc.

3. Sleep At least 7 Hours:
At this age of 40 you can remain health only when you complete your sleep. You should sleep at least 7 hours in weekdays and 8 hours in weekends.

4. Do not think about office:
If you are working then you should not think about office work after office hours and in weekends too. Because a stress free life helps to keep the body fit.

5. Have Regular Check Up:
Women of this age do not pay attention to their health that may create lots of problem. You should go for a regular check up for blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol levels etc.

With these tips you should also stay away from foods containing fat and cholesterol. Do not use more butter, oil n your meal. Drink plenty of water. Instead of drinking water you may also put any fruit essence. Avoid eating fast foods, soft drinks, processed foods etc.

If you follow these tips you can be fit and healthy even in the after the age of 50.
