Tips to Hide Your Age and To Be Healthy

Are you going to be 40 and gradually little thick? Then it seem to be very difficult for you to control your weight and looks. When you stand in front of mirror then you wish to be just like before. With the growing age, there are lots of physical and psychological changes occurs in women. That is why there is not much effect of exercise and diet plan that you have done in age of 30s.

Here are the tips that can help you to hide your age:

1. Eat several times:
You should eat 5-6 times throughout the day but in small small amounts. If you still feel hungry you can take a healthy snack. 3. Sleep At least 7 Hours:
At this age of 40 you can remain health only when you complete your sleep. You should sleep at least 7 hours in weekdays and 8 hours in weekends.

4. Do not think about office:
If you are working then you should not think about office work after office hours and in weekends too. Because a stress free life helps to keep the body fit.

5. Have Regular Check Up:
Women of this age do not pay attention to their health that may create lots of problem. You should go for a regular check up for blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol levels etc.

With these tips you should also stay away from foods containing fat and cholesterol. Do not use more butter, oil n your meal. Drink plenty of water. Instead of drinking water you may also put any fruit essence. Avoid eating fast foods, soft drinks, processed foods etc.

If you follow these tips you can be fit and healthy even in the after the age of 50.
